Looking for props

We are in need of a few items we thought some of you might have laying around.
  • 2 mini trampolines - We will return after the show.
  • 8-10 Laser pointers - We will do our best to return after the show (my experience with laser pointers is that they are not very durable--especially in the hands of a child, so if you are concerned about getting it back, just don't offer it up)

SCHOOL PERFORMANCE has been scheduled.

Our performance for students at Rosecrest will be Tuesday, March 14th at 8:30am.  On this morning, students will check in with their teachers and meet in the gym no later than 8:15.  They will need to come to school with their costumes on and make up ready!

We will still have MANDATORY dress rehearsals Monday, March 13th and Tuesday, March 14th from 3-6pm.

We still need help!

Jen Howick will be rounding up more volunteers to help with the show.  If you want to avoid her hassling contacting you, please sign up using one of the links below!  Remember, parents are asked to donate 2 hours of their time or $20.00.  We appreciate all the hard work of everyone so far--So many of you give much more time to make the show a success!

This sign up is for being at the school for crowd control during rehearsals and performances. Your job is to help kids be quiet and behave so our directors can do their jobs.

Let's Get Going! Several available slots still open!

With the Cast in place it's time to get going on all the production elements.  We love how the show brings our Rosecrest Community together!  As a reminder, parents are asked to give a minimum of 2 hours service to the show (or donate $20).  There are many ways to accomplish this!  The following is an initial sign up for parent volunteers.  We will also need after school help managing the cast as we come closer to full cast rehearsals and performances.
