Monday's Rehearsal

Hello Wonderful Cast Members and Parents,

First I must say how much I am enjoying working with this cast. They are fabuloso-moso! They are hard working, respectful and just downright fun! We have made so much progress already and I am looking forward to the next several weeks to come. 

Monday we will be running Act One from 3-5.  Please have all your lines for Act One memorized, as we will be "off book" for the whole rehearsal.  Depending on where you are on your memorization, you may have to put in some extra work this weekend.  Keep up the good work and I will see you on Monday!

Reminder: Sign up to Help

Just a friendly reminder that parents of all cast and stage crew members agreed to volunteer three (3) hours of time to help with the production of the musical.  In lieu of volunteer hours, parents are given the option to contribute $20.   

We have many ways to help so please check out the sign up genius docs.  If you are donating $20, please bring cash or check (made out to Rosecrest PTA) to the front office in an envelope with your name and your student's name written on the outside.

The original schedule had a type error.  It gave the dates for this next week as January 28-30, but it actually is January 27-30. See correction below:

T-Shirt Orders

T-shirts are ready to order!  If you need an order form, CLICK HERE.  Shirts may be purchased by  fans as well as cast members.  For Stage Crew, the purchase of a T-shirt is required.
Orders are due by January 17th!  That's this Friday!

More opportunities to VOLUNTEER!

Rehearsals have begun and everyone is working hard!  Over the next 10 weeks the cast will rehearse as a full cast of over 75 members.  We need parent volunteers to help during rehearsals, dress rehearsals and performances.  Your duties will include helping the cast members stay quiet when they are not on stage, helping cast members to and from the stage and basically anything else the director needs. 

Dont forget- you agreed to volunteer for 3 hours (or pay $20)...but the most important thing to remember is that your kids LOVE to see you involved and helping out!  Thanks for your support!
